At LHP, all tooling projects will be managed by the project manager. Project manager will be the sole interface between clients and LHP. That is just for simplicity of communication channel and avoiding confusion. The mold engineers report to project manager. The procedure flow chart is as below:
The digital photos will be attached in the weekly progress report, and Clients are welcome to check mold fabrication process or to be present during mold test.
