A.: About 350 employees, and our average monthly output is 60 molds
Q.: What’s the maximum size and weight of mold can you make and handle?
A.: Length 1.5m * Width 1.5m; 10 tons
Q.: What information do you need to have for making a quotation?
A.: Best situation is:
1). 3D model and 2D drawing of products;
2). Mold specification sheet stipulating cavities number, steel type, resin, standard components brand etc.
3). Approximately required lead time.
4). Required guaranteed shots;
5). Whether export or remain in China.
If you can only provide part of above information, or even you can only provide a sample, then we will propose to you how to make the mold using our expertise and quote to you.
Q.: What type of CAD Files is acceptable for you?
A.: DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, X-T etc formats are acceptable for us.
Q.: How do you LHP keep your price competitive over the other mold factories?
A.: There are several points maintain our competitiveness

2). Good mold design meeting different requirement and level of mold
3). Rich experience in cost down in management system and work shop
4). Good quality control system
5). Good relationship with sub-supplier.
Q.: What kind of payment conditions do you accept?
A.: Our normal payment is: 40% of down payment upon receiving PO, 30% on FOT and 30% on mold delivery. The conditions may be however adjusted, particularly in case of bigger contracts. The preferable forms of payment are wire transfers and letters of credit. In some cases we use a combination of those.
Q.: what type of standard mold components have you used for foreign clients?
A.: 1). DME; 2). Hasco; 3). PCS; 4). Progressive; 5). MISUMI
Q.: what type of hot runner system have you ever used?
A.: 1). DME; 2). Hasco; 3). Moldmaster; 4). Incoe; 5). Yudo; 6). Gunther; 7). Husky;
Q.: What steel do you usually use?
A.: Normally the steel is used according to client’s requirement, if client doesn’t specify, then we select the steel type according to the guaranteed shots, mold structure and resin type. P20 & 1.2311; H13 & 1.2344 & 8407, 0-1, 420(H) & S136(H) & 1.2083 etc. are widely used.
Q.: Can you make 2k mold?
A.: Yes, we can, we have made some 2k molds, and made successfully. But we don’t have 2k injection machine currently, we had the mold trail at other factory. And we have made quite a lot Over mold.
Q.: Will you provide spare parts for the damage-liable components in the molds?
A.: Yes, we will. We can custom make such components by client’s request at cost price, if the ejector blades or sleeves are custom-made or local standard (of course approved by client in the mold design first), we can provide spare parts at cost price.
Q.: How can I get after sale service from LHP ?
A.: If the mold is running production at LHP plastic, LHP will guarantee the shots required in RFQ unconditionally. If accident happens at client’s factory, we see different cases either client send back related components to LHP for repair or LHP dispatches mold technician to client’s factory to repair in time. We care and take responsibility for our molds always.
